PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit Card:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Make sure to enter your complete account number and expiration date as well as the three-digit validation code on the back of the card. To help prevent credit card fraud your shipping address must match the billing address of your credit card. If your credit card billing is mailed to a Post Office Box you will need to call 888-4-PINGEL to place your order. For your protection, we security check all credit card orders.
C.O.D.
For Prepaid Money Order or C.O.D. shipments please call 888-4-PINGEL to place your order.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE
Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier. Used items still under manufacturers warranty may have to be inspected by a factory representative before a refund or exchange can be authorized.
RETURNS
Prior consent is required and all returns require a Return Authorization Number. Returns are accepted within 15 (fifteen) days of purchase and are subject to a $10.00 handling/restocking charge for orders under $70.00 and 15% for orders over $70.00. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ELECTRONICS.
WARRANTY:
Pingel Products: Pingel Enterprise, Inc. warrants its manufactured products to be free from defects in workmanship within 30 (thirty) days of purchase.
All Other Products: We make no warranty whatsoever with respect to accessories or parts not manufactured by Pingel Enterprise, Inc. Manufacturers supply their own warranties and guarantees and most do not permit a distributor to make any adjustments, replace any part or accept for return or exchange any defective or unsatisfactory item. Follow the instructions when provided by the manufacturer. Any damage arising from design or manufacturing of any item is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
Please note that all orders placed via the internet are shipped UPS Ground and only to the continental United States. We do ship internationally and have other shipping options available, see below for details. Shipping is Pre-Paid on all items ordered on the internet.
Due to certain UPS specifications, some items are subject to an additional oversize charge (such as tires & wheelie bars).
PRIORITY SHIPPING
We will gladly accommodate any priority shipping requirements, such as Next Business Day, 2nd Business Day, 3rd Business Day, Saturday, etc. Phone or fax your order before 2:30 pm CST, Monday through Friday, and your order will be shipped that day. Overseas shipping is also available, call us for more details.
For Saturday Delivery, please place your order by calling 888-4-PINGEL, and specifiy Saturday deliivery. Saturday Delivery (most areas) available on orders placed by 1:00 pm CST Friday in the continental US.
BACKORDER POLICY:
We will notify you upon order processing if any of our items are backordered.
